There are so many attributes of moose I find facinating...their size, yet grace...their awkwardness, yet beauty...
If you have a moment, this video is a wonderful encounter of twins:

Locks for Love

Before
I decided to grow my hair for donation due to a close friend in Alaska having to fight breast cancer. When Sasha was diagnosed, she wasn't even 30 yrs old and she has survived and prevailed with strength. There wasn't much I could do from this far away, but I deparately wanted to contribute. She had a great wig during recovery and it dawned on me I could help someone in need with my 'crazy' full head of hair! Last week was my 1st haircut since the summer of 2006...I mailed 12 inches to Locks for Love in Sasha's name.
...during
After

Sasha - on a weekend walk through the woods near a cabin in Hope, Alaska (2 hours outside Anchorage)

A Blogger to Be...
I am from the era of Frogger on Intelivision...and here I am Blogging!
I am grateful for Sasha and her family for showing me how connected people can feel when they can see photos and read about your adventures via a Blog - I have been reading hers for years and just started reading the ones her mother and brother have created. Many thanks to Sasha and the Hawkins gang!
I hope my friends and family enjoy this means of keeping updated and that they too will join me soon so the Loranger Family may one day have it's own set of Blogs.
